About the roleOwns the execution of key elements of Quality Engineering operational plans. May lead a team of primarily experienced Quality Compliance professionals or a team responsible for Quality Engineering for an organization of small size or scope.



Sets tactical and operational plans for the achievement of short to medium‑term goals for the development, modification, application, and maintenance of quality evaluation, control systems, and protocols. Provides guidance on the implementation of corrective actions for design problems for internally produced products and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute Quality Engineering operational plans to reduce nonconformities and maintain quality standards.
- Lead investigations and corrective actions for customer quality issues.
- Develop and implement testing, inspection methods, and quality technologies to ensure product and process reliability.
- Drive risk management activities using APQP/PPAP core tools, including: PFMEA MSA Process Flow Diagrams Control Plans Lead escape management, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Oversee process change management, work transfers, and PPAP approvals.
- Manage quality performance across two Monterrey site
