- Lead the setup and mobilization of new products, initiatives, and Agile delivery teams across the portfolio.
- Ensure initiatives are launched with clear business outcomes, product vision, governance, success measures, stakeholder alignment, and prioritized backlogs.
- Establish and maintain Agile mobilization standards, including roadmaps, backlog structures, release planning, governance, benefits
