? What you'll be doing:

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Transformation & Strategy is a senior business leader responsible for driving the company’s strategic priorities and leading complex transformation initiatives across the organization.

The role acts as a strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Management team, connecting business strategy, performance, transformation,



and execution. Working across Finance, Sales, Operations, CX, HR, IT, Legal, Product, and regional and international stakeholders, the Director translates complex business challenges into clear recommendations, actionable roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

This is a leadership and execution role, not an administrative or coordination-only position. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision, strong business judgment, and a hands-on approach to driving execution, mobilizing teams, challenging assumptions, and delivering results across high-impact initiatives, including M&A; integration, post-acquisition activities, carve-outs, and organizational transformation.
