Maintain the release calendar, collect deployment/runbook details, identify dependencies, and align with change windows and gates in partnership with all stakeholders.
Facilitate across infra, app/dev, QA, SRE, and business teams; assess business impact and escalate when needed.
Verify environment/pre-reqs, data refreshes, and validations with delivery teams ahead of cutover.
Change quality & controls: Works cross functionally: to define and develop metrics, data collection, modeling, and reporting prototypes to establish trends and patterns on infrastructure events within datacenter.
Monitors, analyzes and recommends solutions to performance problems with enterprise business applications.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent field. - 5 years of experience in Release/Change Management, IT Operations, or PMO within complex and highly regulated environments (financial/banking services a plus).
~ Bilingual in English/Spanish is a must
~ Familiarity with industry Change & Release Management best practices.
