As a production supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our production team of high seniority / skilled workers.
You will be working with other production supervisors to meet our commitments and satisfy customer demands.
You will be a facilitator for the production-related activities with other departments, which will result in achieving a high-quality product reducing process downtime.
Prioritize on Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Teamwork and Leadership Achieve production results by communicating job expectations; planning, assigning personnel, appraising job results; communicate and collaborate with cross-functional areas (EHS, Quality, Materials, Maintenance, Engineering)
Industrial engineering or similar is preferred. Able to read and communicate in English is preferred. A minimum of one year experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing production environment with demonstrated leadership skills strongly preferred. Possess knowledge of working procedures and techniques utilized in a manufacturing environment.



Work with cross-functional team to accomplish goals and production schedule rate. Understand, follow, and enforce all established EHS, quality, company policies, and procedures. Drive safety culture within all operations team by executing EHS dialogs, observations, training and concerns, closed on time as regulatory required. Responsible for traceability and identification of materials throughout manufacturing chain. Initiate NCMR's for any manufacturing issues and ensure completion prior to shipment. Labor reporting, manage unionized manufacturing team, execution and needs. Responsible for employee training, training matrix and records.
