About the RoleAs a Quality Analyst, you will support the Quality Management System by monitoring quality processes, maintaining documentation, participating in audits, and working closely with operational teams. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy problem-solving, process improvement, and working in a regulated environment.
Important LocationThis is an on-site position located at T-Mex Park, Nextlalpan, State of Mexico. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to the facility daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures and company standards.
- Support deviation, corrective action, and preventive action activities.
- Maintain and control Quality Management System documentation.
- Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audits.
- Monitor compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices.
- Analyze quality metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with operations teams to improve processes and maintain compliance.
- Support investigations related to products, processes, and suppliers.





Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, QFB, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Systems, compliance, audits, or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of Good Storage and Distribution Practices (preferred).
- Experience with document control and quality processes.
- SAP and Microsoft Office skills.
- Intermediate conversational English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
