This position requires a seasoned recruiter with expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle, as well as a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership to ensure successful talent acquisition strategies are implemented. Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing offers, and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.
Talent Sourcing & Networking: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and passive candidate outreach, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.




Advise on recruitment strategies and best practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct in-depth candidate assessments through phone interviews, behavioral interviews, and technical interviews where applicable, to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Track and report on recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, and candidate quality. Use data to provide actionable insights and improve recruitment strategies.
Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives by ensuring a fair, equitable, and inclusive recruitment process.
Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process and work to streamline and enhance efficiency. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the best recruitment practices are in place.
