Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in operational software and tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, Microsoft Excel). Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Master's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management. Experience with process optimization, lean management, or Six Sigma methodologies. Knowledge of financial management and reporting.
