About the Role We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Executive Leadership Team. You'll manage day-to-day operations for ~8 executives, including scheduling, travel, and expenses, while also providing backup support to the CEO's office.
Prepare and track expense reports in partnership with Finance




Provide backup support for the CEO's office during peak periods
Draft professional communication (email, Slack) and handle sensitive information with discretion
Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders (ideally 4+ at once)
Proficiency with tools like Outlook and expense systems (e.g., Deliver high-quality, accurate work with minimal oversight
