What You'll Do as and Professional Services Associate: Delivery of implementation projects, driving customers to success and value realization on the platform.
Follow project plans, respecting deadlines, and communicating proactively about progress and risks.
Onboard, train, and support clients, transforming them into Abacum experts.




2+ years of hands-on experience implementing a financial planning/EPM platform ; Working knowledge of FP&A; processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation), enough to challenge a client's assumptions, not just document them.
Proficiency with Excel and ability to build financial models.
Experience with SaaS project tools and Agile/hybrid methodologies.
Strong client-facing communication, comfortable presenting to and influencing senior finance stakeholders.
Formal Project Management Qualifications are a plus, not a requirement.
