We move fast, care hard, and fight for independent restaurant operators to do what they love, and love doing it. This role assists with scheduling, session logistics, and trainee documentation, while building foundational facilitation skills under the guidance of more experienced trainers. Onboarding & Training Execution Assist in delivering the standardized Week 1 CX-wide Core Curriculum to new hires.
Support facilitation of instructor-led training (ILT) sessions as deployed by Enablement Partners during Weeks 2–4.
Document trainee progress, milestones, and completion checklists.
Ongoing Training & Development Deliver refresher or ad-hoc training under request from Enablement Partners.
Assist in maintaining and updating training materials for operational needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with SMEs, floor managers, and Enablement Partners to ensure training aligns with operational requirements.
Communicate training objectives and expectations clearly to trainees and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement & Feedback Collect trainee feedback and assist in identifying gaps in learning materials.
Support updates to content based on QA findings, SME insights, and operational changes.
Deliver high-quality, accurate work and outcomes by consistently adhering to documented processes, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and checklists.
