This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week.
Our internal audit area is crucial to our business. We are looking for a great team player auditor, who'll be responsible for covering regulatory compliance and finance risk management. Participation and conduction of audit fieldwork, through test execution as well as production of the final report together with the team.
Present and jointly analyze audit reports with the areas involved
Lead audits according to the annual program, as well as for needs that may arise.




Develop, implement, and optimize data visualization and analysis tools to strengthen audit processes.
Participate in continuous risk assessments and preparation the annual audit plan
You will be interacting with stakeholders from the first and second line of defense, you will also act as a knowledge multiplier, sharing your experience and training with other auditors to elevate the team ́s technical skills, while actively participating in internal audit projects.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics
At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry
Knowledge of financial market regulations, including Mexican Banking and SOFIPO regulations, GRC frameworks, and issue management
Thorough understanding of banking processes, internal audit, and internal controls
Data analysis
