Support Account Managers with follow-ups, reminders, and daily sales tasks Track contracts and sales documentation Maintain visibility across active deals and opportunities Keep sales workflows organized and moving forward Ensure important follow-ups and deadlines are completed HubSpot CRM Management
leads, contacts, deals, notes, and pipeline stages in HubSpot Clean duplicate, incomplete,



and outdated records Keep CRM data accurate and organized Support reliable pipeline reporting through strong CRM hygiene Social Outreach & Lead Generation
LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels Support social selling and marketing-led outreach campaigns Engage prospects and route qualified opportunities to the sales team Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up activity Sales & Marketing Collaboration
