Job Description
Job Summary:

This position is responsible for driving and sustaining product and process quality across electrical panel manufacturing operations in both Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environments. This role provides technical leadership in quality engineering, problem solving, process improvement, and quality assurance, ensuring products meet customers,



engineering regulatory, and Rockwell Automation requirements.

The position partners closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Operations teams to identify and eliminate sources of variation, improve quality at the source, reduce defects, rework, and customer escapes, and establish robust processes capable of supporting complex and highly customized electrical panel configurations.

The Senior Quality Engineer also serves as a key technical resource of root cause analysis, corrective actions, quality metrics, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives, promoting a culture of prevention, accountability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality assurance and quality improvement activities for LVMCC, LCS, LVP, and IDB electrical panel manufacturing in CTO and ETO environments.
- Monitor and improve key quality metrics such as DPMO, Scrap, Defect
