Our Field Attorney is responsible for overseeing immigration cases from documentation preparation through government submission, ensuring full legal compliance and exceptional client experience. The position involves regular attendance at embassies and government offices, close coordination with internal teams, and meticulous management of sensitive client data. Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.
Maintain strict client confidentiality, ensuring secure document handling and protection of client Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and all other data.
Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members.
Stay current with immigration laws and requirements and industry best practices.
Complete all work strictly with laws, regulations, and company policies.
Bachelor's degree in the related field
Adaptable hours to attend daily at Embassies, Consulates, and Government Offices.
