Experience in achieving production performance indicators
Achieve production KPIs, including Line Efficiency, Labor Efficiency,



and Production Plan Adherence.
Lead daily production meetings to review and communicate the previous day's KPI performance.
Develop and execute work plans, verifying production capacity and staffing requirements.
Participate in 8D, A3, and QRQC problem-solving analyses related to customer complaints, quality alerts, and customer audits.
Monitor and promote adherence to company values, workplace discipline, and expected employee behaviors across the production line at all times.
