Description We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits professional with 5+ years of experience supporting the Americas region, with strong knowledge of regional benefits programs and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in data handling (advanced Excel), with a global mindset and the ability to work across multiple countries. Fluency in English and Spanish, with proficiency in Portuguese, is required. Experience in EOR/consulting environments and exposure to automation or data analytics tools is a plus.
Administer a comprehensive benefits portfolio for the Americas region, including private medical, dental, vision, pension, life insurance, and regional perks. Serve as the primary owner for the general business travel insurance process. Verify, process and maintain data relative to insurance premiums, claims and costs. Partner with Finance to prepare benefits data for management reporting. Ensures compliance with government requirements by studying existing laws and regulations and updates to legal requirements.




Provides benefits related data to internal team members as and when required. Work with our global team of brokers, platforms, carriers, etc. Excellent data processing skills and attention to detail. Able to gather data in a comprehensible manner for team members across multiple countries. Global mindset to tackle diverse needs.
