Job requirements Experience Range: With at least 2-4 years of professional experience in backend development, including substantial hands-on expertise in Java and microservices architecture Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, microservices, and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
Architect and implement distributed systems capable of handling high transaction volumes, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance
Build and optimize service-to-service communication frameworks, including REST, Kafka, and gRPC-based messaging
Design and optimize database architectures using MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and performance tuning
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes for backend applications




Implement containerization solutions using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes for cloud-native scalability
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and sharing best practices in backend engineering
Troubleshoot production issues and lead performance tuning initiatives across services and databases
Strong proficiency in Java, including object-oriented design, concurrency, and multithreading
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Core frameworks
Experience with Hibernate for ORM and database interaction
Working knowledge of Docker for containerization
Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and deployment
Advanced skills in MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch database management and optimization
Experience with Java REST Web API development
