Position SummaryThe LAR GSM FP&A; Manager is a direct report to the Americas Senior Finance Manager and has two direct reports, the LAR Senior FP&A; Analysts. The position will be responsible for the financial management of the Latin America GSM Selling functions. In addition, he/she will provide business decision support to the Regional Vice President LATAM, the Regional Sales Directors, and LATAM leadership team.




Your Responsibilities
- Provide business decision support, guidance and oversight of the FP&A; processes, financial analysis, and internal controls as it relates to Orders, Sales and Spend management.
- Oversee the FP&A; processes including review, consolidation and analysis of monthly financial results, identification of risks and opportunities, and recommendation of actions to the Sales, Operations and BU leadership teams to improve overall orders and sales performance and cost management.
- Allocates Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by partnering with other financial teams and business partners to create projected annual targets by business or function incorporating key assumptions and reflective of investment prioritization.
