The Sales Specialist is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
