As our Managing Litigation Attorney, you will oversee the operational execution of our litigation department while ensuring every case progresses efficiently, deadlines are met, and quality standards remain uncompromising.

Leadership & Team Performance
Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and professional development initiatives.
Data Analytics & Business Performance
Monitor litigation KPIs, attorney productivity, case progression, and departmental performance.
Develop executive dashboards and operational reports using Filevine and business intelligence tools.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance, productivity, and operational consistency.
Project Management & Continuous Improvement
Manage cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Data, and Executive Leadership to support organizational growth.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with litigation deadlines, internal procedures, and quality standards.
