Your potential is our inspiration.### Where You’ll Make a Difference* Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies for critical plant assets to increase equipment availability and reduce unplanned downtime* Analyze equipment performance data and identify opportunities to improve reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and operational performance* Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring failures* Monitor reliability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), asset availability, and maintenance costs* Manage the site's Mechanical Integrity program, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements* Develop inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance plans for pressure vessels, piping systems, tanks, heat exchangers, pumps, agitators, and rotating equipment* Implement and optimize predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasound, and condition monitoring* Su
