Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Monitoring:



Track the flow of critical parts through supplier facilities from raw materials to final delivery.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential supply chain disruptions early and build recovery plans for shortages or capacity constraints.
- Expediting & Reporting: Provide daily status reports, maintain open order reports, and brief leadership on delivery commitments.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate reasons for delivery failures and apply corrective actions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, quality assurance, and operations teams to remove bottlenecks Manages delivery assurance processes and / or works to achieve day‑to‑day delivery assurance objectives.
- Implements solutions to issues such as the coordination of shipments, sub‑process suppliers and technical assistance to ensure on‑time delivery, and to identify root causes that impacts on‑time delivery.
