Known for high-quality execution, they are actively building out a remote operational and pre-construction support division to fuel their growth. The company operates with a collaborative, relational approach, and this new division will focus on scaling project volume and eliminating gaps in their construction pipeline.
Remote Construction Estimator & Lead Generator
to join the team as a dedicated, full-time asset. In this role, you will own the front-end bidding pipeline—from actively scouting and filtering new project opportunities to executing precise multi-trade quantity takeoffs. You will work closely with ownership to review leads and manage backend operations, allowing leadership to focus on building local client relationships.




Actively navigate and search the ConstructConnect platform to identify, source, and secure new bidding and project opportunities.
Screen and evaluate incoming projects based on specific timelines, prioritizing bids with closer due dates to keep the field crew consistently deployed without gaps between projects.
Pre-Construction Collaboration:
Qualify and present discovered leads to ownership for strategic approval before deep-diving into full cost estimations.
Project Workflow Support:
Manage day-to-day project workflows, including handling Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, revisions, vendor outreach, and subcontractor coordination.
CRM & Follow-up Coordination:
Act as an administrative partner to track and prompt ownership on when to follow up, call, or visit prospective general contractors in person.
