About The Role
Reports To: Senior People Operations Specialist
Location: Fully Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $1,200 USD

In this role, you will act as a key operational partner to the People Operations function. You will take ownership of the administrative, tracking, and scheduling heavy-lifting, keeping ClickUp clean, managing applicant flow, conducting initial candidate screens, and handling candidate communications. This role is idóneo for someone who thrives on structure, detail, and execution, ensuring our hiring process runs smoothly under the direction of our People Ops lead.

Qualifications
- Language Requirement:C1 Advanced (or Native) English proficiency (written and spoken) is required to independently conduct candidate screenings and handle professional email correspondence.
- Hands-on experience with ClickUp (or similar project management software).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Drive, Gmail).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Job Manager / Recruiter.
- Skills : Strong organizational skills, clear written and verbal communication,



and the ability to follow structured screening processes accurately.

Key Responsibilities
> Administrative & Pipeline Support
- ClickUp Maintenance: Keep hiring lists and pipelines organized, updated, and accurate on a daily basis.
- Inbox & Candidate Communication: Draft and send candidate emails, including initial follow-ups, interview invitations, status updates, and rejection notices.
- Tracking & Reporting: Help monitor LinkedIn job postings, track ad spend, and log recruitment data for review by the Senior People Operations Specialist.

- Preparation & Research: Assist in pulling together draft Job Descriptions and initial screening questionnaires based on notes and input from leadership intake meetings.
- Logistics Setup: Set up scheduling links (Google Calendar), ClickUp task templates, and assessment links for approved roles.
