Location :Remote in Mexico

The Change Management Analyst is responsible for managing complex operational tracking, interfacing across various IT teams to coordinate change management processes, schedules, and documentation. As the Change Administrator Analyst , you will create operational efficiencies by reviewing, classifying,



and tracking change requests in the management system while ensuring full compliance with organizational standards and ITIL best practices. Ultimately, this role acts as a critical driving force for technology solutions and workflow optimization, providing vital administrative support for change meetings and reporting on key performance metrics.

The Change Management Analyst will:
Assist in the coordination of change management processes, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up activities.
Request Tracking: Help track and document all change requests, ensuring they are accurately recorded in the change management system.
Compliance Support: Support the review and classification of change requests to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
