Join a growing company as their Sales Account Executive and own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals
Develop customized sales strategies that align with company goals and specific client needs
Track and report sales performance metrics to leadership with accurate forecasting
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Provide market feedback and insights to improve products, services, and sales approaches
Mentor junior sales representatives and contribute to team development when needed
3+ years experience in full-cycle sales, account management, or business development




~ Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and pipeline management
~ Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategy
~ Background in service-based or B2B industries (preferred)
~ Pipeline management quality and conversion rates from lead to closed deal
