We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Finance Manager to lead the financial operations within a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment. Oversee day-to-day finance operations within the SSC, including AP, AR, GL, and reporting functions.
•Drive standardization and continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.
•Manage and develop a team of finance professionals,



fostering a high-performance culture.
•Monitor compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
•Support internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and documentation accuracy.
•Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
~7+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a shared services or multinational environment.
~ Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, internal controls, and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
