We are a general company and operate fully remote with employees in Canada, the United States, and Latin America. We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to join our growing Cloud Native Applications practice. Manage a team of 5-8 cloud engineers and architects.
Handle code reviews and pull request management to ensure code quality.
Provide guidance on roadmap planning, best practices, and risk identification.
Mentor team members within projects, sharing feedback and supporting growth opportunities.
Kick off new projects and ensure alignment between technical delivery and business goals.




Support pre-sales through proposal development, contract review, and client presentations.
Previous experience managing a team (preferably in the areas of cloud, devops or application development)
Experience working with AWS or other cloud-related solutions
Experience writing, reviewing, and deploying using multiple different coding languages (nodejs, go, react, angular, typescript, python, etc)
Experience with testing and automation
Experience with UI/UX
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
