A fast-growing US-based company is expanding internationally and launching its first on-site sales hub in Medellín. The company is hiring Senior Sales Executive who will play a key role in building and scaling outbound sales efforts from the ground up.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role designed for experienced outbound professionals who are comfortable operating in high-activity environments and engaging senior decision-makers across traditional industries. This role offers high earning potential, performance-based compensation accelerators, and the opportunity to meaningfully impact a scaling team. Execute high-volume outbound calling to generate qualified sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent follow-up and activity tracking.
Requirements: 3 to 6+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR in outbound, high-volume sales environments.
Demonstrated success booking meetings with senior executives, preferably in non-tech or traditional industries.
Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
Strong work ethic, consistency,



and resilience in outbound sales.
Experience working with early-stage teams or contributing to new office or hub launches.
