In this position...
Serves as a liaison between the dealer network, F&I;, and the commercial team, following up on documentation, purchasing, and Retail operational processes. Participates in training sessions to strengthen process execution, prepares and monitors reports and key performance indicators, and supports administrative activities such as contract cancellations, RUG maintenance, and approval of external insurance policies, contributing to operational quality and business continuity.
- File Review and Validation: Conduct detailed reviews of contracts and customer documentation, ensuring files are complete, accurate, and aligned with internal procedures, business rules, and applicable regulatory requirements.
