Marketing Compliance Reviewer Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced Legal Specialist – Marketing Compliance & Commercial Contracts to support a consumer products organization with marketing, promotional, advertising, and commercial contracting matters.
The idóneo candidate will have experience reviewing marketing and promotional materials against legal requirements, client playbooks, and established risk parameters, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. Review sweepstakes, contests, promotions, advertising, digital content, social media, and other consumer-facing materials for compliance with applicable requirements and client playbooks.
Review official rules, eligibility requirements, disclosures, disclaimers, AMOE requirements, advertising claims, privacy, and intellectual property considerations.
Conduct playbook-driven legal reviews , applying approved positions, fallback language, and escalation requirements consistently.
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, including marketing, agency, sponsorship, licensing, vendor, supplier,



professional services, SOW, NDA, event, and production agreements .
Identify contractual deviations and assess key risk areas including intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, indemnification, limitation of liability, termination, warranties, and regulatory compliance.
Participate in quality reviews and calibration sessions and manage matters in accordance with established quality standards and SLAs.

or equivalent legal qualification, or substantial relevant legal/contracts experience.
~3+ years of relevant experience in marketing compliance, advertising/promotions, and/or commercial contracting.
