Acting as a trusted commercial advisor, you will deeply understand your customers' business needs, driving revenue expansion through upselling, cross-selling add-ons, and optimizing platform adoption. Your dedication to fostering strong, long-term relationships will directly reduce churn and contribute significantly to Deliverect's regional growth and ongoing market success.

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing SMB and Mid-Market restaurant accounts, serving as their primary commercial partner to maximize their adoption of the Deliverect platform.
Drive regional revenue growth by identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, successfully introducing new product features, add-ons, and modules to your account base.
Conduct regular business reviews with key merchants to analyze current state performance versus future growth potential, ensuring high customer satisfaction and platform ROI.
Actively identify accounts at risk of churn, developing proactive retention strategies and handling objections with resilience to secure long-term contract renewals.
