About the Role
A U.S.-based law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join its team remotely.
The ideal candidate has previous experience supporting attorneys with U.S. real estate transactions and is
comfortable managing documents, deadlines, client communication, and transaction coordination from
contract through closing.
This position is adecuado for a detail-oriented and proactive legal professional who can manage multiple
matters simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with residential and/or commercial real estate transactions.
Prepare, review, organize, and maintain real estate transaction documents.
Support matters from initial contract through closing.
Review purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, disclosures, and closing documents.
Coordinate with clients, attorneys, title companies, lenders, realtors, and other parties involved in
transactions.
Assist with title searches, title commitments, surveys,



and related documentation.
Track critical dates, contingencies, deadlines, and closing requirements.
Prepare closing checklists and ensure all required documentation is received and completed.
Organize and maintain electronic client and transaction files.
Draft professional correspondence and follow up on outstanding documents or information.
Assist attorneys with post-closing documentation and file management.
Requirements
Previous experience working as a Real Estate Paralegal or Legal Assistant for a U.S. law firm.
Strong understanding of U.S. real estate transaction processes.
Experience with residential and/or commercial real estate matters.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
Professional communication skills when interacting with clients and third parties.
