Creator-led commerce—especially on TikTok Shop—is one of their fastest-growing acquisition channels.
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and creator-obsessed TikTok Shop Affiliate Specialist to support the daily operations and scaling of our creator program.
You will drive daily outreach, manage creator sample fulfillment, coordinate automated communications, moderate our creator community, and analyze short-form content patterns that generate revenue. Working directly with our Director of Content and Community, you will turn high-level campaign plans into consistent operational action that directly impacts month-over-month affiliate GMV.
TikTok Shop & Affiliate Operations
Support the day-to-day execution and operational health of the client's TikTok Shop affiliate program.
Review incoming sample requests, evaluating creators based on audience fit, content quality, and sales potential.




Coordinate time-sensitive sample fulfillment workflows directly with our warehouse logistics team.
Monitor TikTok Shop account health, handle documentation, manage support tickets, and resolve operational roadblocks quickly.
Track program risks, performance gaps, and activation metrics, reporting insights directly to the Affiliate Marketing Manager.
Campaign Execution & Content Analysis
Help execute affiliate campaigns, creator contests, seasonal challenges, and performance incentives.
Analyze creator content to identify why specific videos win or underperform (evaluating hooks, lighting, product demonstrations, pacing, and calls-to-action).
Translate winning content patterns into actionable creator briefs and share performance insights with internal teams.
Develop and test new campaign angles to reactivate dormant creators and underutilized communication channels.
Act as the frontline voice for the brand across TikTok Shop Affiliate C
