REMOTE FOUNDING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE | SALES & RECRUITING INDUSTRY Ready to own the entire sales cycle and make a real impact?
We're looking for a Founding Account Executive with experience in sales, prospecting, and the recruiting/staffing industry to join a growing team. 100% Remote Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT
Building and managing your own sales pipeline.
Running outbound campaigns using Apollo and similar tools.
Qualifying leads and conducting product demos.
Managing the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
Working directly with the founder to shape sales strategies and processes.
Proven B2B sales experience managing the full sales cycle.
- Familiarity with Apollo or similar outbound sales platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Real ownership of the sales process and strategy.
