Senior Indirect Procurement Specialist – Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to manage and support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution of procurement activities. This role is focused on procurement operations and P2P execution , supporting internal stakeholders, suppliers, general processes, reporting, automation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process , from purchase requisitions and purchase order creation through invoice processing and payment follow-up.
- Create, review, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and requisitions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established procedures.
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues related to purchase orders, invoices,



payments, discrepancies, and exceptions.
- Monitor procurement transactions, operational metrics, and service levels to identify issues, trends, and opportunities to improve process efficiency.
- Analyze procurement data and develop actionable insights to support operational decision-making and process optimization .
- Leverage Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel to develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data-driven analyses.
- Manage or support commercial corporate card programs and global travel/TMC systems , including platforms such as Concur and ERP solutions .
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency through Power Automate, APIs, and AI-powered productivity tools .
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to resolve operational issues, provide solutions, and ensure consistent execution across global regions.
