Manage Accounts Receivable and collections activities for B2B customer accounts.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, deductions, and payment disputes.
Identify risks, process gaps, and opportunities to improve AR performance.
Support initiatives focused on reducing aging and improving cash flow.
6–8 years of Accounts Receivable and collections experience.
~ Strong knowledge of Mexican AR processes, cash application, account reconciliation, and dispute management.
~ Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
~ Proven success in reducing overdue balances and improving cash flow performance.
