We are hiring a senior Construction Estimator specializing in Mechanical & Plumbing (MEP) trades to join our client's estimating team.
In this role, you will perform high-volume quantity takeoffs for ductwork, piping, plumbing systems, and insulation applications across commercial and residential U.S. projects. You will work on a backlog of active jobs, reading construction drawings ranging from minimal filing sets to 100% CD sets, and utilizing digital takeoff software (FastWRAP) alongside advanced Excel models. This is an adecuado position for Mechanical Engineers, Civil Engineers, or Architects in Mexico with strong technical blueprint reading skills and extensive experience in MEP estimating, volume takeoffs, and cost modeling.

What You'll Do
- Read and interpret mechanical and plumbing (MEP) construction drawings to define scope requirements accurately.
- Perform precise quantity takeoffs for ductwork, piping, plumbing, and mechanical insulation (linear feet, square feet, surface areas).
- Utilize proprietary digital takeoff software (FastWRAP) to extract, organize, and calculate material quantities daily.
- Transfer takeoff quantities into internal Excel spreadsheets for pricing, cost modeling, and proposal preparation.
- Manage a high-volume backlog of approximately 30 active estimating projects simultan
