Develop new business in a consultative manner by up- and cross-selling to a Mexican and integral client base, driving the complete B2B sales cycle — from prospecting and alliance origination through close — and continuously managing relationships with strategic accounts, clients, and partners, with a focus on high-impact solutions for the client's business, long-term retention, and revenue maximization.
Activities & Responsibilities:
- Act strategically in the development of new business, driving the complete consultative sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
- Conduct diagnostics with clients to identify operational pain points, process bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in the tax, accounting, financial, payroll, and back-office areas.
- Propose solutions aligned with business needs and the impacts identified during the diagnostic.
- Identify, enable, and maintain strategic and referral partnerships, including co-selling initiatives and joint business development.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and clients,
building long-term relationships with decision-makers and C-Level executives.
- Prepare and present structured commercial proposals, conducting complex negotiations and ensuring profitability, sales balance, and target achievement.
- Track commercial performance indicators through CRM and management reports, adjusting strategies to maximize results.
- Proactively anticipate and resolve client challenges, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Support the onboarding and transition of new services, ensuring efficient integration with internal areas after closing.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, strengthening relationships with clients and partners.
- Analyze client and partner feedback and engagement trends, proposing improvements to service delivery.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Controllership & Finance, Accounting, Audit
