React Tech Lead

We are looking for a Frontend React Tech Lead with strong technical experience and leadership skills to design, develop, and evolve high-quality, modern web applications.
This role will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the frontend team, defining development standards, driving innovation, and collaborating with business, design, architecture, and backend teams to deliver scalable solutions that generate business value and an excellent user experience.
The adecuado candidate combines technical excellence in React and TypeScript with leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Main Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership
- Lead the design and development of frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
- Define and promote standards for architecture, code quality, and best development practices.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical mentoring for junior and senior developers.
- To guide technological decisions considering scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.




- Promote a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Participate in the definition of technical roadmaps and modernization strategies.

Solutions Development
- Design and implement modern, responsive, and user-centered interfaces.
- Build reusable components and scalable frontend architectures.
- Implement robust state management solutions using Redux and Redux Toolkit.
- Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and enterprise services.
- Ensure accessibility (a11y) and compliance with digital experience standards.
- Optimize application performance to improve loading times, rendering, and user experience.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve team productivity.
- Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools that add value to the business.
