We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support and execute core People Operations activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
This is a hands-on operational role focused on ensuring the accurate and timely execution of HR processes, including employee data administration, payroll inputs and coordination, benefits, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure reliable service delivery while identifying opportunities to streamline processes through automation, AI tools, and data-driven insights.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the monthly payroll cycle by preparing, validating, and submitting payroll inputs, including employee movements, variable compensation, absences, deductions, and benefits-related information.
- Coordinate with external payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure payroll data is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, HR documentation,
and employee records, escalating complex matters when needed.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR system data, ensuring confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance with internal policies.
- Execute employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, probation follow-up, internal transfers, and position or department changes.
- Prepare and manage employment-related documentation, ensuring required records are complete and properly maintained.
- Support benefits administration, including employee enrollments, changes, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.
- Assist with compliance-related activities, including audits, reporting, documentation reviews, and the tracking of labor, tax, social security, IMSS, and INFONAVIT requirements.
- Monitor HR Operations workflows, identify recurring issues or inefficiencies, and propose practical improvements.
