Job Description:
- Partner with the Networking CFO, Chief of Staff, and Finance Leadership Team to execute strategic priorities and business objectives.
- Lead and coordinate operational activities across the Networking Finance organization,



ensuring alignment with leadership goals and business requirements.
- Drive strategic projects that enable business growth, improve organizational effectiveness, and support transformation initiatives across the Networking business.
- Develop, track, and operationalize KPI frameworks for the CFO and Finance Leadership Team, providing actionable insights and performance reporting.
- Create executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and business reviews that support decision-making and organizational transparency.
- Measure and communicate the impact of strategic initiatives, engagement programs, and operational improvements through data‐driven reporting.
- Manage the Finance organization's operating cadence, including leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, and follow‐up actions.
