Core Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily moulding operations, driving the achievement of production goals while ensuring compliance of quality and safety standards.




- Develop and execute mid- to long-term production strategic plans to support business growth, optimize operational performance, and ensure sustainable manufacturing capacity.
- Strengthen organizational capability by developing leaders and teams through coaching, performance feedback, succession planning, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Drive performance management using operational KPIs, resource and budget planning and oversight, and structured reporting.
- Close partnership with integral and local teams to share best practices and strengthen manufacturing excellence.
- Lead Quality, Safety and Continuous Improvement programs, fostering a culture of compliance, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability across manufacturing operations.
