~ Solid working knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals — sender reputation, list hygiene, warm-up practices, and general best practices for maintaining inbox placement.
~ Skilled in segmentation, personalization, automation, and journey logic for lifecycle campaigns.
You know how to brief effective copy, give clear feedback, and make communications resonate.
HTML skills preferred but not required, as AI and human HTML support is available.
