We're helping our client find a Mid-Level Marketing Manager to take full ownership of email and SMS marketing strategy, execution, and performance, while confidently planning and managing the broader marketing calendar. Continuously test subject lines, creative, and messaging to improve performance Marketing Calendar & Campaign Planning
Build and maintain monthly and seasonal marketing calendars
Write clear, compelling, conversion-focused marketing copy
Translate strategy into executable creative direction Performance & Optimization
3–6 years of experience in email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing, preferably within e-commerce or consumer brands
~ Hands-on experience managing marketing calendars, promotions, and seasonal campaigns Technical & Platform

Proficiency with platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Attentive, Postscript, or similar




Strong understanding of segmentation, automations, customer journeys, and A/B testing
Comfortable working with analytics dashboards, attribution data, and performance reporting
Basic design capability in Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools, or the ability to brief designers effectively Marketing & Analytical Capability
Solid grasp of direct-response marketing, conversion optimization, and lifecycle strategy
Strong copywriting ability with clear, engaging, brand-aligned messaging Working Style &
Highly organized with strong time management and planning ability
Self-motivated and effective in a remote or fast-paced startup environment
Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
Exposure to paid media coordination or broader omnichannel campaign planning
