We are looking for a
Content Production Lead
to lead Birdman's in-house audiovisual content production and own all
motion content
across our brands. This role is the production counterpart to the Art Director, translating marketing and brand briefings into creative production plans that generate
social-first, liquid & linked content
with a clear purpose across the consumer journey.



This is a
hands-on leadership role
that combines creative judgment, audiovisual production, team leadership, vendor management, and budget ownership. You will be responsible for ensuring that every piece of content meets Birdman's taste and production-quality standards while maximizing output and impact per peso invested. You will lead a team of 2 direct reports and work closely with Brand Management, Consumer & Market Insights, Brand Experience, Performance, the Marketing Director, Birdman Studio, and external production partners.
