This role will work hybrid (3 days per week) out of our Mexico City office.



Full-stack design and development for a cross-browser web extension using React, Typescript, HTML, and CSS with REST-based communication with back-end microservices
Using Scrum processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, UX, Dev) to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices (linting, testing, documentation).
Drive performance and optimization improvements across applications.
Guide junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, mentoring, and pair programming.
Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and bring in improvements to the team's stack and workflow.
Expert-level proficiency with React and its ecosystem (React Query, Hooks, Context, etc).
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and Typescript.
Deep understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design, accessibility (such as ARIA), and cross-
