Required Profile
- Advanced English proficiency and experience serving high-profile guests or clients.
- Ability to provide personalized services and technical assistance with iPad, iPhone, Android, Windows, Apple devices, Web TV, and WhatsApp.
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality, build excellent guest relationships, and anticipate guest needs.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage (F&B;), Housekeeping, and resort operations.
- Ability to manage reservations, flight changes, restaurant bookings, activities, and transportation arrangements.
- Capability to review room folios, recommend experiences based on guest preferences, and resolve issues during the stay.
