This role The Risk Strategy Manager supports risk strategy implementation for 1 to 2 portfolios, focusing on ensuring KPI achievement and maintaining healthy growth through effective risk controls. This role collaborates with GTM and Fraud teams and emphasizes tactical execution, data-driven insights, and individual technical contributions.



Oversee performance and profitability of 1 or 2 portfolios.
Prepare internal reports and analysis for review by head of risk strategy.
Document routine processes and provide support for strategy reviews.
Use SQL and R or Python for data extraction and manipulation.
Work with Data Science to implement ML and AI models.
Use A/B Test recommendations into policies
Experience in risk strategy ideally within the fintech industry.
Understanding of statistical tools and methods, and experience working with large data sets.
Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python.
Advanced Data Analysis:
Expertise in using SQL, R, or Python to extract and manipulate data, create models, perform analysis, and generate forecasts.
